Beneath his bitterness about his parents and his “heck-care” facade, lives a romantic artist.
I like string instruments: violin, cello, guzheng, guqin etc. So, when I found this beautiful ornamental violin and the size is nice for my boys, one of them just have to learn to play it for me. *muhahaha*
Sometimes Kaoru will get into a dark depressing mood. When this happens, Shun will just stay by his friend and wait patiently.
And then Kaoru might talk. He might cry. He might curse. He might just keep quiet. It’s ok. Shun will just be there waiting and Kaoru knows it.
The other day, read a post by Cemal Ekin on how we can improve seeing and start seeing things we would previously miss out. Was eager to try the exercise described in the post as I figured improved seeing would be good for both my photography and painting.
And here’s my first practice. Not very good though…I would say.
“Why can’t we get all the people together in the world that we really like and then just stay together? I guess that wouldn’t work. Someone would leave. Someone always leaves. Then we would have to say good-bye. I hate good-byes. I know what I need. I need more hellos.”

Goodbye. Another goodbye. And more coming up. It brings to mind a Chinese proverb: “天下没有不散的宴席” [lit.trans. All banquets will come to an end].
Years back I saw a lace outfit made by a BJD owner for her boy. Very beautiful lace. Very romantic outfit. Very sentimental. And I thought “Ah, I would like to make something like that for my boy too.” Well, I finally did it. Not as good but I’m happy with it for now.
So here is my little prince. (^ _ ^)
Kaoru loves music very much. He also hates it.
Karol’s parents are both famous musicians. And so he is under a lot of pressure to excel in music. He also gets a lot of attention from people because of his parents. He has learned since young, through hard ways to distrust people’s offer of friendship and smiles. Because of this, he has very few friends.
